Scripture reminds us that faith without works is dead (James 2:26) and that without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Dead faith questions the authority of Jesus, but living faith recognizes who He is and responds accordingly.

Jesus is the Master Carpenter. He can heal, restore, rebuild, and fix what seems impossible but He must be given all the pieces.

And then comes the question: Are you ready to be rejected?

Following Jesus doesn’t mean everyone will understand, approve, or accept you. Genuine faith is willing to trust Christ even when obedience costs something.

As you listen, don’t simply ask, “Do I have faith?” Ask: How is my faith? Is it merely something I say I have—or is my life demonstrating that I truly trust Jesus?
